Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu
You will be greeted by the representative of Kai expedition after set foot on Tribhuvan international airport. From an airport, you will directly take to the hotel and check in and take some rest. If you want, you can roam around Thamel. -
Day 2 Sightseeing and preparation
Today, first, we will set up all the climbing and trekking permits. After taking the entire trekking and climbing permit, we will explore the Kathmandu valley. First, we will visit Swayambhunath (the monkey temple), from where you will see the entire Kathmandu Valley from the top of Swayambhunath. After visiting Swayambhunath, we will explore Bouddhanath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and after exploring around, return to the hotel and rest for a while. In the evening, you can attend evening Aarati at Pashupatinath and return to the hotel and spend overnight. -
Day 3 Drive to Pokhara
From Kathmandu, we will drive to Pokhara after having breakfast. Along the way, the drives pass through the scenic Trishuli and Marsyangadhi rivers. Once you have reached Pokhara, first check in the hotel and rest for a while. In the evening, you can roam around the Phewa Tal, where you can go for boating and enjoy the beautiful sunset views over the high Himalayan. After spending some peaceful time around Phewa Tal, return to the hotel and spend overnight. -
Day 4 Drive to Tatopani
From Pokhara, we will drive towards Tatopani, which takes around 6 hours to reach this beautiful village. Once we reach Tatopani, we will check in the lodge and rest for a while. In the evening, you can roam around the village and enjoy the stunning views of sunset over the Himalayas and spend overnight. -
Day 5 Trek to Lete
Leaving Tatopani, we will follow an ascending trail through the dense forest of pine and conifer. Today, we will trek through the bank of the Kali Gandaki River, and the journeys continue a dry path. Along the way, you will be mesmerized by breathtaking views of the mountain and attractive valleys. -
Day 6 Trek to Jungle Camp
Start the day with the stunning panoramic views of the mountain and have breakfast. After breakfast, slowly start the trekking towards Jungle Camp. The trail will follow the banks of a river encircled by lush green forests. Along the way, we will ascent and descend gently through the pastures and spare forests. Once we reach Jungle camp, the team member will set the camp and spend overnight. -
Day 7 Trek to Miristi Khola
We will start our trekking over the rocky terrains towards Miristi Khola. On this day, the trekkers will cross the diverse high-altitude landscapes as we ascend towards the thin air. After walking for 4 to 5 hours from Jungle Camp, we will reach Miristi Khola. Once we have reached Miristi Khola, the team member will set up the tent and spend overnight. -
Day 8 Trek to Annapurna North Base Camp
After having breakfast at Mristi Khola, we will slowly start our trekking towards Annapurna North Base Camp. The trail is rocky terrains and glaciers over the crevasses and uneven surface, and we will reach at high-altitude. Once you reached near to Annapurna North base camp, you see the landscapes are covered by ice and snow and finally at the North Base Camp. After reaching Annapurna North Base Camp, the team member will set up the camp and spend overnight. -
Day 9-38 Summit Mount Annapurna
From day 9 to day 38 of the expedition, the journey towards summiting Annapurna is marked by intense preparation, acclimatization, and finally summit push itself. After an initial period of trekking, the team begins their ascent, gradually reaching higher altitude while adjusting to the thinning air. Each day brings its own set of challenges as climbers contend with steep, rocky terrain, unpredictable weather, and technical difficulties.
From base camp to Camp 1, the climb grows more demanding, with the team navigating crevasses, icefalls, and steep ridgelines. The acclimatization process is crucial during these early days, as the altitude begins to take a toll on physical endurance. Moving on to Camp 2, the climbers face even harsher conditions-less oxygen, more technical challenges, and the constant threat of avalanches or falling rocks. By day 25, camp 3 is reached, and climbers are fully immersed in the high-altitude environment, their bodies adjusting to the extreme conditions.
The final push begins around day 30. It involves long, grueling hours spent navigating ice and snow, with climbers battling exhaustion, cold, and the ever-present danger of altitude sickness. On day 36, the summit push begins in earnest, with each step requiring immense determination. Finally, on day 38, the summit of Annapurna is reached. At 8091 meters, the climbers are rewarded with an extraordinary panoramic view of the Himalayas, but it is a moment of brief celebration before descending immediately for safety, as the conditions at this height are unforgiving. Reachoing Annapurna’s summit is a monumental achievement, reflecting the physical, mental, and emotional strength of all involved.

Day 39 Clean up the Base Camp
After successfully summiting the Annapurna expedition, we will collect all the garbage produced during the expedition period. The place must be cleaned up to protect the environment. -
Day 40 Trek back to Miristi Khola
After successfully summiting the Annapurna expeditions, we will start to descend from the base camp to lowland regions and villages. After walking several hours southward, we will reach Miristi Khola, which takes around 4 to 5 hours. Once we have reached Miristi Khola, the team member will set up the camp and spend overnight. -
Day 41 Trek back to Jungle Camp
From Miristi Khola, we will trek back to Jungle Camp. We descend steeply through the rugged and remote Himalayan terrain before entering Jungle camp. We will take the same route that we take to get to Miristi Khola. Once we reach Jungle Camp, the team member will set up the camp and spend overnight. -
Day 42 Trek back to Lete
Today, we will trek down from high-altitude remote terrain to luxuriant greenery. From Jungle camp, we will take the same route that we take to get to here. Along the way, the climbers get an opportunity to witness the breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountain and get to know about the lifestyle of rural life. -
Day 43 Trek back to Tatopani
From Lete, we will drive towards Tatopani after having breakfast. Before entering the Tatopani, we will enter beautiful villages Ghasa, and from Ghasa, we will move towards Tatopani. Along the way to Tatopani, you will have the opportunity to witness Rukse waterfalls. Around one month of trekking is about to finish. -
Day 44 Drive back to Pokhara
Today, first, we will walk for 4 to 5 hours from Tatopani to Beni. And after reaching Beni, we will take a drive towards Pokhara. The driving trail is narrow and winding. From Beni, Pokhara is about 80 kilometers away, which takes around 2 to 3 hours. Once we have reached Pokhara, first we will check in the hotel and spend overnight. -
Day 45 Drive back to Kathmandu
We will enjoy a scenic drive back to the Kathmandu Valley from Pokhara. Along the way, you will be treated to picturesque views and get a glimpse into the local life of the countryside villages. After driving 7 to 8 hours from Pokhara, we will be at Kathmandu and spend overnight here. -
Day 46 Departure day
The guide will be at the hotel lobby to take you to Tribhuvan international airport. The team member of Kai expedition is also there to see you off and hopes that you will give an opportunity to serve you again.
