Useful Information

Accommodation and food

Accommodation: On these 20 days trekking, we will spend 3 nights in Kathmandu and 16 days at high altitude. At Kathmandu, we will get luxury and comfortable hotel. But at high altitude, we will spend 11 nights at lodge and 5 nights at tent. The lodges have small rooms with two beds, pillows, blankets, and mattresses. You are also requested to bring a sleeping bag with you because the weather at high altitude is unpredictable and never know when you need it. It is also important to note that, while trekking at high altitude, you have to share bathrooms with other trekkers. And you have to share a room with other members of your group. If you want single room, you have to pay extra money.

Food: Most of the local people of the region open lodges and teahouses because of the tourists who visit here every year. You will get both western and typical Nepalese cuisine at Manaslu region. As you trek higher the cost of the food also becomes expensive due to altitude and roads are not well-constructed.
