About Pikey Peak Trek

Pikey Peak Trek takes you to one of the hidden trails of Nepal. The team of Ganga Jamuna Adventure Treks will set on a journey to take you to explore the uncrowded Pikey Peak.

As an alternative route to the Everest Base Camp, Pikey Peak trek starts with a one-day sightseeing tour in the Kathmandu Valley where we will be able to explore the UNESCO listed world heritage sites of the valley. The next day, we will drive to the village of Phalpu in an 8 hours’ drive. From there, we will test our fitness level and start our trek to get to our destination. The major attractions of this trek are the landscape views of the Everest, Kanchenjunga, Makalu, Lhotse, Nuptse, and several other unnamed peaks. We will also be able to explore the culture and tradition of the Sherpa people residing in this region. We will finish the tour with a drive to the Kathmandu Valley via Jiri.

The default package can be completed within 10 days. However, it can be made longer or shorter according to your timeline. The fitness level needed for this trek is moderate to fairly fit. The trip can be graded as a moderate to strenuous trek.
