About Paanch Pokhari/ Bhairav Kunda Trek

Paanch Pokhari Trekking is one of the hidden valley trekking of Nepal. This trek brings us closer to the holy ponds of the Paanch Pokhari. The team of the Ganga Jamuna Treks will take you on a journey in the Paanch Pokhari to get your religious side pumped for the exploration of the Bhairab Kunda and its surrounding ponds.

Also known as the Bhairab Kunda Trekking, the Paanch Pokhari Trekking starts with a sightseeing day in the Kathmandu Valley. We will be exploring the Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, and the Swoyambhunath temples with a fully experienced guide. Then, we will be driving to the village of Bhotang. The road is risky and bumpy. After that, we will start our trek through the villages of Chaurigoth, Nosempati, and Laure Bhanjhyang to get to our destination. Along the way, we will be able to enjoy the landscape views of the Jugal, Phurbi Chhhyachu, Lakpa Dorje, and several other unnamed peaks.

Bhairab Kunda Trek can be made longer or shorter according to your timeline. If you want no changes in our package, the trek can be completed in 9 days. The fitness level needed for this trek is moderate to strenuous.
