Langtang Trekking is easy accessible trekking region from Kathmandu. Langtang Trek is towards the north of Kathmandu valley. Peoples can choose easy areas till adventurous area trekking in the Langtang region. Langtang valley trekking is wild Tibetan highland with peaceful remote landscape settlement of traditional ethnic villages. Peoples of the Langtang region are Tibetan origin and following traditional Tibetan culture.
Langtang region is rich with flora and fauna. It is a preservation area by the government as Langtang National Park from 1976. Langtang National Park was the fourth National park and first Himalayan National park of Nepal. Different wild animals are preserved in here. Langtang valley Trekking, Langtang Kyanjin Gumpa Trekking, Langtang valley with Ganja La pass Trekking, Langtang Gosaikunda Trekking, and some climbing peaks are more famous in this region. Well managed local lodges are destroyed by the earthquake of Nepal in April 2015. So trekking with camping arrangement is only one option in this region.
