Best time to visit Manakamana Temple
The best time to visit Manakamana temple is during the cooler months, from October to December and from February to April. During these months, the weather is typically clear and pleasant, with moderate temperatures that make the journey more comfortable. The skies are often clear, providing great views during the cable car ride and on the surrounding hills. Additionally, the temple is less crowded compared to peak pilgrimage times, like during festivals such as Dashain and Tihar, when it can get very busy. The spring and autumn season offer a balance of good weather and manageable crowds, making it ideal for a more peaceful and enjoyable pilgrimage experience.
