About Langtang Ganja La Pass
Close to Kathmandu, the Langtang region is a famous trekking trail in Nepal. Among many trekking routes in Langtang valley, Langtang Ganjala Pass Trekking is an adventure including local cultures. Trekking starts 8 to 9 hours drive from Kathmandu to shyaprubesi. You will follow the Langtang River all the way walking till Kyanjing Gompa (3050m). Climb Tserko – Ri after reaching Kyanging Gumpa. The next day stays at ganja la phedi and we reach our next destination to Ganja La pass. Three days of this part is no settlement and no lodges. In the end, enter the Helambu region and drive back to Kathmandu. Helambu region has splendid Buddhist monasteries around typical Sherpa villages.
