• Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu

    Upon your arrival in the capital city, we will receive you and guide you to the hotel. Freshen up, and have a quick briefing session with the guide while enjoying the tasty Nepali cuisine of DaalBhat.

  • Day 2 Visit to the Heritages of the Valley

    We start off with a heavy breakfast at the hotel, hop in a car and head off to one of the biggest Hindu temples in the country, Pashupatinath. We visit the neighboring sites of the temple, the main temple does not permit entry to non-Hindus. 

    After a short visit around the temple, we jump to our next heritage site at Boudhanath. The Boudhanath Stupa is the biggest Buddhist stupa in Nepal and is one of the most devout Buddhist stupas. 

    We will then head to the Swayambhunath Stupa, on top of a hill, where the stupa is believed to have appeared itself. After spending some time at the site, we head back to the hotel and enjoy a free evening around the tourist capital at Thamel.

  • Day 3 Durbar Square Day

    Durbar Square - The squares built around royal palaces, especially used by the royals for functions and events. 

    A chilled morning drive takes us to the district of Bhaktapur.  Bhaktapur Durbar Square is the most preserved durbar square in the country. We spend the morning around the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, visiting museums, and local architectures, grabbing some amazing local dishes, and enjoying a round of pottery in the pottery square. 

    We drive back to the Kathmandu Durbar Square, and if we're lucky, we might get a glimpse of the Living Goddess - Kumari. Visit some of the old ruins of ancient palaces, and historical venues. A short half-an-hour walk in the local crowded market street (bazaars) of Kathmandu and get back to the hotel after an eventful day submerged in the affluent history of the valley.

  • Day 4 Road Trip Begins

    We hop on a jeep and drive to the Chitwan National Park. We drive around 4 hours from the bustling city of Kathmandu onto the Tribhuwan & Prithivi Highways, alongside the Trishuli River. 

    Quick Info: Trishuli River Rafting is a great 2-hour option that can be added to the itinerary, with 3-4 rapids, a perfect adventure. 

    Check into the hotel at Chitwan and participate and enjoy a local Tharu Cultural Dance, dining and taking it easy for the rest of the day in the plains of Nepal.

  • Day 5 Chitwan Jungle Safari

    We spend the day in the Jungles of Chitwan National Park. We have a very high chance of spotting some of the most endangered wildlife, and species of plants. Gharials, Crocodiles, Spotted Deer, One-horned Rhinos, along with many other species of wild flora and fauna can be explored in the National Park. Lunch at the national park alongside the Rapti River, and we drive to the Elephant Breeding Center in Chitwan. Get amused by spending some time at the Breeding Center and visiting the wildlife conservation and rehabilitation centers.  

  • Day 6 Drive to Lumbini

    We bid farewell to Chitwan after a quick jungle breakfast and walk in the morning. We drive to another important UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lumbini.  

    202 Kilometers and 5 hours later, we arrive at the birthplace of Lord Buddha, and his Buddhism. We take it easy for the day and rest at the hotel in Lumbini.

  • Day 7 Birthplace of Buddha

    Lord Buddha, was born into the royal family of Kapilvastu, Lumbini. Legends have it he took 7 steps after his birth in the sacred pond, and the lotuses that followed still thrive in the same sacred pond. 

    Visit the Mayadevi Temple, where Lord Buddha was born, the ruins of the holy site, the sacred pond, the Ashoka pillar, and spend some time meditating in the serene birthplace of Lord Buddha. Take in the holy ambiance and surroundings, and breathe out the negatives. 

    We will visit the different stupas and monasteries that were built by different nations as a tribute to Lord Buddha. We will drive back to the capital city after we finish sightseeing at Lumbini.

  • Day 8 Departure

    We drop you at the airport bidding adieu after a short heritage trip in Nepal.
