  • Day 2 Fly to Lukla, Bike to Phakding
On Day 2, you’ll take a scenic 35-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region, before biking for 8-10 km to Phakding. The trail from Lukla to Phakding is relatively flat and easy, offering a pleasant ride through Sherpa villages and along the Dudh Koshi River.
  • Day 3 Phakding to Namche Bazaar

Day 3 marks the beginning of the more demanding terrain as you bike from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (11-12 km), with a significant elevation gain of 830 meters. This ride is challenging, featuring steep ascents through pine forests and multiple suspension bridges, but the reward is stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, and other surrounding peaks. You’ll stay in Namche Bazaar, the Sherpa capital, where you’ll take a rest.

  • Day 6 Tengboche to Dingboche

Day 6 continues with the ride from Tengboche to Dingboche (10-12 km), a steeper ascent through alpine meadows and rocky paths. As you gain altitude, the air becomes thinner, and the scenery grows even more dramatic, with views of peaks like Ama Dablam and Makalu.

On Day 7, you’ll bike from Dingboche to Lobuche (8-10 km), a small settlement situated at the foot of towering peaks. The route is rocky and steep, but it’s manageable for experienced bikers. The increasing altitude makes the terrain more challenging, and Lobuche serves as a key stop before reaching Everest Base Camp.
