• Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

    Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, where you’ll be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. After checking in, meet your tour guide for a briefing on the journey ahead. Spend the rest of the day exploring Thamel, Kathmandu’s bustling tourist hub, or relaxing before the adventure begins. Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing & Permit Processing

    Today is dedicated to sightseeing and final trip preparations. Visit the famous Pashupatinath Temple, the sacred Boudhanath Stupa, and the ancient Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple). Later, complete the Tibet permit and visa processing. You can also check and test your motorbike for the ride ahead. Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 3 Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (2,380m) – 130 km

    The ride begins with a scenic journey through the Trishuli River Valley, passing terraced fields, small villages, and lush hills. The road gradually ascends to Syabrubesi, a picturesque town near the Nepal-Tibet border. Overnight in Syabrubesi.

  • Day 4 Syabrubesi to Kerung (2,700m) – 40 km (Border Crossing)

    Cross the Rasuwagadhi border into Tibet, completing immigration formalities before entering Kerung, the first Tibetan town. The high-altitude terrain begins here, and you’ll notice a dramatic shift in landscape. Rest and acclimatize to the higher elevation. Overnight in Kerung.

  • Day 5 Kerung to Tingri (4,350m) – 244 km

    Start ascending towards the vast Tibetan Plateau, passing through spectacular mountain scenery. Cross the Lalung La Pass (5,050m), where you'll get the first breathtaking views of Shishapangma (8,027m). Arrive in Tingri, a small town with stunning Himalayan views. Overnight in Tingri.

  • Day 6 Tingri to Rongbuk Monastery (5,000m) & Everest Base Camp (5,200m) – 70 km

    Ride to Rongbuk Monastery, the highest monastery in the world, with a breathtaking view of Mount Everest. From here, ride up to Everest Base Camp (EBC), where you’ll stand in front of the world’s tallest peak. Spend time exploring and taking in the magnificent scenery. Overnight in Rongbuk Monastery Guesthouse.

  • Day 7 Rongbuk to Shigatse (3,900m) – 350 km

    Descend from Everest Base Camp, passing through rugged mountain roads and high passes, including Gyatso La (5,220m). Arrive in Shigatse, Tibet’s second-largest city, and visit the historic Tashilhunpo Monastery, the seat of the Panchen Lama. Overnight in Shigatse.

  • Day 8 Day 8: Shigatse to Lhasa (3,650m) – 270 km

    Enjoy a smooth ride along the Yarlung Tsangpo River, one of Tibet’s major rivers. As you approach Lhasa, you'll start seeing Tibetan prayer flags and pilgrims along the way. Check in at your hotel and rest after the long ride. Overnight in Lhasa.

  • Day 9 Lhasa Sightseeing

    Explore Lhasa, the heart of Tibetan culture and Buddhism. Visit the iconic Potala Palace, once home to the Dalai Lama, then explore the sacred Jokhang Temple, Tibet’s most revered religious site. Stroll around Barkhor Street, a famous pilgrimage circuit. Overnight in Lhasa.

  • Day 10 Lhasa to Gyantse (3,950m) – 260 km

    Begin the ride to Gyantse, passing through Kamba La Pass (4,790m) and the stunning Yamdrok Lake, known for its deep turquoise color. Visit Pelkor Chode Monastery and the Kumbum Stupa, one of Tibet’s most beautiful Buddhist structures. Overnight in Gyantse.

  • Day 11 Gyantse to Shegar (4,050m) – 250 km

    Ride through vast high-altitude plains, traditional Tibetan settlements, and stunning mountain views. The journey takes you through some of Tibet’s most remote areas before reaching Shegar, a gateway to Everest. Overnight in Shegar.

  • Day 12 Shegar to Kerung (2,700m) – 250 km

    Begin the return journey towards the Nepal-Tibet border, descending through mountain passes and rugged roads. Arrive in Kerung, where you’ll rest before crossing back into Nepal. Overnight in Kerung.

  • Day 13 Kerung to Kathmandu – 130 km

    Cross back into Nepal, completing immigration formalities at Rasuwagadhi before riding back through winding roads to Kathmandu. Celebrate the successful completion of your Himalayan motorbiking adventure with a farewell dinner. Overnight in Kathmandu.

  • Day 14 Departure from Kathmandu

    Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy a final morning in Kathmandu before being transferred to the airport for your departure. End of an unforgettable Himalayan motorbiking journey!
