Langtang Ganja La Pass Trek

Start sightseeing in Kathmandu valley after your breakfast in Hotel. Cover 3 UNESCO heritage sides. Biggest Buddhist temple Bauddanath Stupa, Sacred Hindu Temple Pashupatinath, and old palace Kathmandu Durbar square.

Start drive with private and 4W Jeep to Syaprubesi. Driving on the mountain roads is scenic hills and Mountain View. Only 145-kilometer driving takes 8 hours via terrace field and rural villages. Reach Shyaprubesi by late afternoon and camp 

Tour first day trekking start from Syaprubesi after your breakfast. Passing through Local village, forested area, and Rivers along with your walking. Not challenging trail including ups and down.

Walking through Rhododendron and pine forest, the trail begins scenic with mountains and the nice valley of Langtang. After walking for around 3 hours we reach Ghoda tabela, where we will have our lunch. Another 3 hours easy walking reach at Langtang and overnight 

Walking through the largest Mani walls and prayer flags. By short walking, you will reach Kyanjin Gumpa and the place is surrounding by the Himalayas all around. Take rest and acclimatization. Kyanjin Gumba is the last destination of this trekking.

Early in the morning hike to Tserko-Ri for mountain sunrise view. View of Langtang glacier, beautiful Yak grass land LANGSHISHA KHARKA and Mountain views surroundings. Back to Kyanjin Gumpa and explore Kyanjin Monastery and Cheese factory 

Cross Langtang River and start steep climbing through Rhododendron forest. Today is comparatively long walking in high altitude. Reaching at Ngegang, which is the grassland of Yak. You will see peacefully grazing yaks around the camp.

Today is hard day of the trek. Crossing Ganja La pass is continuously the uphill in rocky land. Top of Ganja la pass is normally covered with ice throughout the year. Walking with special care in this section. After the pass, steeply down to Keldang.     

The trekking route today is with many ups and downs. We meet grassland and forest area today. Walking through ridges, reach down to the valley. We will then rich Dukpu crossing small settlement on the way

We descend much elevation and walk down today. More vegetation land including Pine and Rhododendron forest. We reach a large Sherpa village Tarke Gyang where We can closely view the exciting lifestyle and traditions of Sherpa. 

We cross several Sherpa villages on the way like Gangyul and Chumik. Trekking trails almost is downhill but including some gentle up hills as well. We reach another large Sherpa village, Sermathang. Local Sherpa peoples here practice Drukpa Kagyu Buddhism which is the same in Bhutan  

We also can start our direct drive from Shermathang but still trekking trails through Sherpa villages are more interesting. We trek up to Melamchi Pool Bazar for 4 hours and take a local bus or our private transportation to Kathmandu. Transfer you to Hotel  

We transfer you to International airport for your final departure
