• Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu
    Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu valley, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative from Kai Expedition. After clearing immigration and collecting luggage, you will be greeted with traditional hospitality and transferred to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to relax and recover from your journey, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Nepal’s capital city. A short briefing about the upcoming adventure will be provided later in the evening.

  • Day 2 Sightseeing and trekking preparation

    You will explore the cultural heart of Kathmandu while making final preparation for the Mulde Viewpoint Trek. The morning begins with a guided sightseeing tour to some of the city’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as Swayambhunath (Monkey Temple), Bouddhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath temple, offering a glimpse into Nepal’s rich spiritual heritage. In the afternoon, you will check trekking gear, purchase any last-minute essentials, and attend a short briefing with your guide about the trek ahead.

  • Day 3 Drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu
    You will leave Kathmandu and enjoy the scenic drive to Pokhara, the gateway to the Annapurna region and your Mulde Viewpoint Trek. The journey takes about 7 to 8 hours, passing through beautiful river valleys, terraced hillsides, and charming villages. Upon arriving in Pokhara, you can relax by Phewa Lake or explore the vibrant lakeside area before preparing for the trekking adventure ahead.

  • Day 4 Drive to Ghandruk
    You will leave Pokhara and drive toward the picturesque Gurung village of Ghandruk, the starting point of your Mulde Viewpoint Trek. The drive takes about 3 to 4 hours, offering stunning views of terraced fields, traditional settlements, and distant Himalayan peaks. Once you reach Ghandruk, you can explore the village’s rich culture, admire close-up views of Annapurna and Machhapuchhre, and get ready for the next day’s ascent.

  • Day 5 Ghandruk to Tadapani

    The trek takes you from the charming Gurung village of Ghandruk to the peaceful forest settlement of Tadapani. The trail ascends steadily through dense rhododendron and oak forests, with birdsong and occasional Mountain View accompanying you along the way. As you climb higher, the scenery becomes more enchanting, offering glimpses of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machhapuchre. The cool, shaded forest path makes this one of the most pleasant walking days. After about 3 to 4 hours of trekking, you reach Tadapani, a serene stopover surrounded by towering trees perfect for resting.

  • Day 6 Tadapani to Dobato
    The trek leads you from Tadapani to Dobato, a beautiful journey known for its rich forests and expanding mountain vistas. The trail gradually climbs through lush rhododendron and moss-covered woodlands, creating a peaceful and almost mystical atmosphere. As you gain altitude, openings in the forest reveal striking views of Annapurna south, Machhapuchhre, and the distant peaks of the Dhaulgiri range. The final stretch to Dobato follows a scenic ridge, offering a taste of the panoramic sights you will enjoy at Mulde. After 4 to 5 hours of trekking, you arrive in the quiet, alpine setting of Dobato, ready for the early morning ascent to the viewpoint.

  • Day 7 Hike up Mulde viewpoint and trek to Ghorepani
    Day 07 brings a rewarding journey as you hike up to the Mulde Viewpoint, a less-crowded vantage point offering sweeping Himalayan panoramas, including Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre glowing in the morning light. After soaking in the peaceful beauty and taking photos, you follow a scenic trail through rhododendron forests and gentle ridges, gradually descending back to Ghorepani.

  • Day 8 Ghorepani to Hile and drive to Pokhara
    The day begins with a pleasant descent from Ghorepani toward Hile, following stone steps and forested trail lined with rhododendron and small village settlements. The walk is easygoing compared to previous days, offering a chance to enjoy the landscapes at a relaxed pace. Once you reach Hile, you meet your vehicle for a scenic drive back to Pokhara, where the comforts of lakeside cafes and a peaceful evening by Phewa Lake mark the perfect end to your Mulde Viewpoint trek.

  • Day 9 Drive to Kathmandu

    After enjoying the serenity of Pokhara following your Mulde Viewpoint trek, you will begin the scenic drive back to Kathmandu. The journey follows winding highway alongside river valleys, terraced hillsides, and charming villages, offering one last glimpses of Nepal’s diverse landscapes. After about 7 to 8 hours on the road, you will arrive in Kathmandu, where you can rest, explore the city’s vibrant streets, or reflect on the memorable adventure you have just completed.

  • Day 10 Departure day

    Your final day begins with a peaceful morning; you have time to pack up, enjoying a last Nepali breakfast and perhaps packs up a few souvenirs. Depending on your flight schedule, you have a chance for a short stroll around Thamel or a quiet moment of reflection. Our team member will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport with a heartfelt farewell, marking the end of your unforgettable journey through the Himalayas.
