• Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (TIA) (1350m). Overnight at hotel

    Our representative will pick you up at the airport and escort you to your hotel room. You will have time to freshen up and explore the surroundings during the afternoon. In the evening, you will be having a typical Nepali food in a small dinner held by the company. There, you will be briefed about the trek. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 2 Sightseeing in Kathmandu and trip preparation. Overnight at hotel

    After having a hearty breakfast, we will visit the UNESCO listed world heritage sites of the Kathmandu Valley. We will explore the Swoyambhunath, Pashupatinath, and Bouddhanath temples. We will also explore the Kathmandu Durbar Square, one of the royal palaces of the Kathmandu Valley. We will get back to the hotel and start our preparation for the trip.

  • Day 3 Drive from Kathmandu to Chamje via Besisahar (7-8 hours). Overnight at tea house

    Today, we will drive from the capital city of Kathmandu in a 4wd jeep to get to the village of Chamje. Chamje is a small settlement with several lodges and a natural hot spring. The village also has a huge waterfall. We will be getting through the village of Naubise, Mugling, and Besisahar, the district headquarters of Lamjung. We will stop at Besisahar for lunch and again, hit the road until Chamje. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 4 Chamje to Dharapani (6-7 hours). Overnight at tea house

    We will climb up on a steep path to get inside the Manang District. We will continuously climb up a steep narrow path to climb up a ridge along the river to arrive at a flat ground. After lunch, we will hike up on the same narrow path to cross a river before arriving at the village of Dharapani. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 5 Dharapani to Koto (5-6 hours). Overnight at tea house

    We will hike up on a narrow steep path to get to the village of Danak. From there, we will climb out of the village to get to the picturesque village of Timang. We will ascend through a muddy path to arrive at the village of Koto. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 6 Koto to Meta (7-8 hours). Overnight at tea house

    We will follow the Soti Khola today. We will walk up through the pine forest to get to the village of Dharamsala. Along the way, we will be able to see the Annapurna massif and the Lamjung Mountains. We will now follow the upward route through the lush pine forest to get to the village of Meta for an overnight stay.

  • Day 7 Meta to Phu Valley (7-8 hours). Overnight at tea house

    Up and up through the villages to arrive at the village of Kyang. The village has rubble of Tibetan houses all around it. After lunch at this village, we will hike up along the chortens and Mani walls to arrive at the village of the restricted valley of Phu. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 8 Exploration Day. Overnight at tea house

    Today, we will stroll around the valley. We will be able to see the mixed cultural diversity of the people living in this area. The village offers great views of the Annapurna, Himling, and the Manasulu Mountain. We will also visit the Tashi Lakhang monastery which is believed to be one of the greatest Buddhist monasteries of the world. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 9 Phu Valley to Nar Village (6-7 hours). Overnight at tea house

    We will get out of the village of Phu and descend down over streams and bridges to get to Mahendra Pul. From there, we will climb up steeply to arrive at the village of Nar. Nar is the largest village in the region. The village offers great landscape views of the Annapurna, Pisang, Manaslu, and other unnamed peaks. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 10 Exploration Day. OVerngiht at tea house

    We will explore Phu village today. We will view the monasteries and the Mani walls around the village. If we are lucky, then we might be able to see the almost extinct vulture, Lammergeyer. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 11 Nar Village to Ngawal via Kang La Pass (7-8 hours). Overnight at tea house

    We will walk past yak pastures to climb up the pass of Kang La Phedi. From there, we will ascent to get to the Kang La Pass. Kang La Pass lies at 5400 meters. From there, we will be able to enjoy the panoramic views of the Annapurna, Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, and other unnamed peaks. We will descend on a steep path to get to the village of Ngawal. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 12 Ngawal to Chame (6-7 hours). Overnight at tea house

    Walk some 6-7 hours to through the Manang Sadak to arrive at the village of Chame. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 13 Chame to Chamje (6-7 hours). Overnight at tea house

    We will follow the same route to get back to the village of Dharapani. From there, we will again follow the road to get to the village of Chamje. Overnight at a tea house.

  • Day 14 Drive from Chamje to Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel

    Today, we will drive through the villages of Besisahar, Naubise, and Mugling to get back to the capital city of Kathmandu. Overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 15 Final Departure

    One of our representatives will guide you to the international airport of Nepal and bid you adieu.
