• Day 1 Kathmandu (1310m) arrival and received from Airport

    On the arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, we pick you up and assist you to the hotel. In the evening we welcome you with delicious Nepalese food, cultural music, and ethnic dance. After that take rest at the hotel.

  • Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing and preparation of trek

    The second day begins with early morning yoga sessions and after breakfast, we will take you sightseeing in the valley. The main attractions are BoudhnathStupa, Pashupatinath temple, Swoyambhunath (monkey temple), and Kathmandu Durbar Square (the old and artistic palace).In the evening, preparing the clothes, trekking equipment, and other necessary things.

  • Day 3 Bus ride from Kathmandu to Pokhara (6-7 hours)

    Start a day with morning yoga and after breakfast, you will take a luxurious tourist bus to Pokhara at around 7 am. The bus stops for lunch and tea at convenient spots. It takes 7 hours to reach Pokhara. Spectacular views of Himalayas, rivers, and green hills on the way to Pokhara. Detailed briefing and other preparations for the yoga trek. If you prefer, we practice yognidra sessions for relaxation and for deep sleep. Overnight in Pokhara.

  • Day 4 Pokhara – Naya Pull – Hille / Tikhedunga (4hrs trek)

    Begin the trek from Nayapul which is 1.5 hours far from Pokhara on private transport. After about 15 minute walk along the bank of the ModiKhola, Birethanti comes where teahouses and small shops are found. The trail continues and follows the north bank of the Burungdiriver. The path goes to Hille. The first day is quite easy just to get the experience of trekking.

  • Day 5 Hille / Tikhedunga – Ghorepani / Deurali (7hrs trek)

    We hike up to Ulleri, a large Magar village at 2070m/6790ft, which is quite steep from Hille. Walking through pristine oak forests and striking rhododendrons, we climb up towards Banthanti at 2250m, then towards Nangethanti at 2460m, and finally reach Ghorepani at 2900 meters. Ghorepani lies higher than our previous stop so stupendous mountain vista can be viewed.

  • Day 6 Poon Hill - Tadapani or Chuile 2,600m/8,530ft. (7hr trek)

    Hiking up to the Poonhill at 3,210m/10,530ft early in the morning and we practice yoga and meditation in the natural setting over there to charge you up with the energy of the Sun, which is actually very powerful practice of yoga and meditation. This helps you to remove all the fatigue from the previous trekking. We will spend there about 2-3 hours.

    After that, we go back to the hotel and start walking to Tadapani after breakfast, located on the top of the ridge. We will stay there at the guest house and will do meditation practice for relaxation.

  • Day 7 Trek to Ghandruk and Evening Yoga (1,940m/6,364ft) 7.5hrs

    After practicing morning yoga and then having breakfast at the guest house, we will begin your walk to Bhaisekharka through forest and resume walking towards Ghandruk. In Ghandruk village we can explore people, culture and their special things and also visit Museum. Stay overnight there and in the evening having relaxation class and sharing session about trekking, yoga and meditation.

  • Day 8 Trek to Nayapul, drive to Pokhara(1.5hr)

    The last day of the trek begins with the morning yoga and meditation and then take a walk to ModiKhola and Sauli Bazaar. There is the last steep climb after crossing a bridge at Birethanti and then we can take a bus to Pokhara. For making you refreshed we will have delicious organic Nepali food and live soothing music on the bank of Fewa Lake with the cool breeze. After dinner, practice Yognidra if you desire and we will stay the overnight at hotel.

  • Day 9 Back to Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft)

    It takes about 7-8 hours by bus to Kathmandu which will be carried out after the morning Yoga exercises and breakfast at 7.00 am or you can take a flight which takes about 25 minutes. In the evening the farewell dinner is organized and we can share our experience with friends and enjoy our time over there.

  • Day 10 Departure day with morning yoga and meditation

    This is the final day of your trip with us. If you like to extend your holiday with us to explore more about Nepal, we are always pleased to serve you. Otherwise, we will assist you to the airport as per your flight schedule. Lastly, yoga and relaxation sessions will be practiced in the morning and after that, you can have your time to do things.
